Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Monthly Training Day (Second Wed. of each month): 7:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

The pharmacy is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, Wing Spirit Days, and all Federal holidays. Closings for Wing Spirit Days and Commander's calls are posted on the refill information line.

This should be done as far in advance as possible. Early cancellations give other patients the opportunity to use available appointments.

RELEASE OF INFORMATION
The Release of Information Office, located in the Outpatient Records section, processes incoming and outgoing requests regarding medical information. Services include transferring of records between military health care facilities, and providing copies when records cannot be released. To ensure confidentiality, we will confirm that all requests contain sufficient legal authorization. For more information, call (660) 687-2102.
